Terms & Conditions - Seminar Sessions
The Company must sign a site booking contract with NZME for the Expo (“Event Contract”) to be eligible to receive the Marketing Activity.
The Company will supply website link, Instagram page link, Facebook page link, description of their seminar, and logo (the "Material") to NZME no later than 16 days before the Expo (Hawke’s Bay - Thu 11 June, New Plymouth - Thu 16 July, Hamilton - Thu 6 August, Tauranga - Thu 3 Sep and Christchurch - Thu 24 September. If the Company does not supply Material by this deadline, the Company acknowledges that all marketing may not be completed due to time constraints. The Material should relate specifically to the Company’s presentation at the Women’s Lifestyle Expo, such as a product feature, show special or giveaway. NZME will determine at its sole discretion the actual date the Material will be published within the Publish Period.
NZME will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the Marketing Activity during the Publish Period, however the Company acknowledges circumstances beyond NZME's control may impact its ability to deliver the Marketing Activity during the Publish Period. If there is a delay, NZME will not be liable to the Company or any other person for any loss of whatever kind suffered as a result, and NZME and the Company shall discuss in good faith any alternative publication dates as needed. NZME cannot guarantee any results of the Marketing Activity.
Termination of this Agreement for any reason will not terminate the Event Contract. The Event Contract can only be terminated in accordance with the terms of the Event Contract.
Full payment of the Event Contract is required before the Marketing Activity will be delivered.
Should the Company cancel its Event Contract at any time, the site booking cancellation policy in the Event Contract shall apply. Any Marketing Activity which has not been delivered by NZME when the Event
Contract is cancelled will be forfeited and cancelled with no monies or compensation owing to the Company. If the Company cancels its Event Contract after any of the Marketing Activity has been delivered, the
Company shall pay NZME for the Marketing Activity delivered at a rate of $250 per EDM inclusion, $250 per Facebook post, $50 per Facebook Event post and $100 per Instagram post. All prices excl GST.
