Our mystery goodie bags are $20 each and usually include a variety of beauty, skincare, snacks, lifestyle products and more. The contents can vary from bag to bag, adding to the mystery! Available to purchase online with your tickets until the Friday night before the expo, after that (on event weekend) you will only be able to purchase goodie bags at the expo. We recommend pre-purchasing as they often sell out.

Take a break from browsing, and enjoy a line-up of inspiring, informative talks - happening on both Saturday & Sunday:

11am - SleepDrops: The latest transformational research on hormones impacting sleep outcomes
12pm - Empower Therapies: Understand how stress causes illness and how to reduce stress and recover
1pm - LifeWave: Hear about the small wearable patch that uses technology to stimulate your body’s natural healing processes

The Seminar Sessions are located at the far back left corner of the Expo.

Parking

Claudelands Events Centre is a 5 minute drive from central Hamilton. Limited paid parking is available at a cost of $5 (eftpos/paywave only). All public parking for the Expo will be via Gate 3 on Brooklyn Rd, then head to Gate 3C.

There is also free street parking available nearby the venue.

Top tips

Allow 2 hours to browse all of the stalls
A cafe and food & beverage stalls are on site
We recommend bringing a small amount of cash, but cash withdrawals are available at the Expo Office (for a $2 fee). If you plan on parking at the venue, don’t forget to bring $5 for the car park entry fee too!
If you aren’t a fan of crowds, we recommend visiting the show in the afternoon when it’s less busy
